Five free worksheets to organise your cat’s water stations, brief a sitter and keep equipment references together. No purchase or sign-up. Use your browser’s Print function, then fill in the spaces on paper.
These are everyday planning sheets, not a substitute for the equipment manual, a cat sitter or veterinary advice. Do not publish a completed sheet containing personal contact details.
1. Water station map
Identify separate, accessible locations. Keep a water source that works independently of the fountain.
| Water station | Your notes |
|---|---|
| Usual bowl: room and location | ________________________________ |
| Additional water station | ________________________________ |
| Fountain, if used | ________________________________ |
| Access check: calm approach, stable surface | ________________________________ |
2. Sitter handover
Show the equipment before leaving. Agree visits appropriate for your cat; a full water tank does not replace regular personal care.
| Agreed visits | ________________________________ |
|---|---|
| Water to refresh and bowls to wash | ________________________________ |
| Where to find the manual and cleaning tools | ________________________________ |
| Contact person and usual vet | ________________________________ |
3. Equipment passport
Keep the details together. A similar-looking replacement part is not automatically compatible.
| Exact brand and model | ________________________________ |
|---|---|
| Pump and power supply references | ________________________________ |
| Manual location or URL | ________________________________ |
| Seller contact / order reference | ________________________________ |
4. Filter reference card
Photograph the packaging or record the exact reference. Check compatibility with the manufacturer or seller before buying a replacement.
| Filter reference | ________________________________ |
|---|---|
| Compatible model confirmed by | ________________________________ |
| Last replacement date | ________________________________ |
| Next check according to the manual | ________________________________ |
5. Fountain stopped: backup plan
Prepare a simple alternative if the pump stops. Unplug before intervention and follow the manual. Stop using the equipment if electrical safety is uncertain.
| Independent bowl to use | ________________________________ |
|---|---|
| Where to find safe drinking water and a clean bowl | ________________________________ |
| Where to find manufacturer instructions | ________________________________ |
| Who to contact if the problem continues | ________________________________ |
