Your right to withdraw

For eligible online consumer purchases, you generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to tell us you wish to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Following notification, goods should generally be returned within a further 14 days, as required by applicable rules.

You may email contact@jeidaypet.com or use our online withdrawal request. An acknowledgment on a durable medium is required for online withdrawal requests under the applicable law.

How do I return an item?

Contact our customer service team with your order number. We'll provide the appropriate instructions and logistics return address. Our Paris business correspondence address is not a merchandise returns address.

Refunds and statutory guarantees
