Shipping & Delivery
The delivery options, destinations and final charges available for your order are confirmed at checkout. Published timeframes are estimates, not guarantees of arrival on a particular date.
Mainland France

These estimates combine 2–3 days of preparation with 6–10 days of standard transport or 3–5 days of express transport. Our logistics partner has not confirmed whether all periods use business or calendar days.
International delivery
For eligible EU destinations outside France, the configured standard rate is €22. Other configured international destinations have a €29 standard rate. Availability depends on the exact destination and checkout options. Mainland France estimates do not necessarily apply abroad.
Remote destinations
Our partner does not serve the Portuguese islands. Some remote addresses may also be excluded, pending confirmation of the exact list. We will not request unapproved additional transport charges after checkout. If an address cannot be served under the agreed terms, we will contact you about a solution or a refund.
Import duties and taxes
Where a shipment is specifically confirmed as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), duties and import taxes are covered under the agreed arrangement. Not every international shipment is necessarily DDP, so please review your checkout details and contact us if you need clarification.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent when available from the carrier, depending on the selected delivery method.
